By accessing or using Grubbitt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Grubbitt provides a comprehensive multi-tenant SaaS platform for restaurant management, including table-side ordering, customized menus via QR codes, order management, and invoicing functionality.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

Usage of the Service is billed on a subscription basis according to the billing cycle you choose (e.g., monthly). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Depending on your region, you may be subject to additional local taxes which will be clearly indicated during checkout.

5. Content Restrictions

You are responsible for the menus, data, and content you upload to Grubbitt. Content must not be illegal, offensive, or violate any third-party rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice before new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
